We are a boutique firm, specializing in finance and accounting, cloud technologies and building expertise in Sage Intacct’s solution. By linking proven, on-demand technology with talent and best practices, we partner with our clients to make many aspects of their business smarter. Our Leadership & People

We have a dedicated, multi-tiered team of finance, accounting, system integration, and project management professionals for performing the finance and accounting consulting, system implementation and outsourcing services and developing proprietary methodology. These professionals are highly qualified with experience in public accounting, outsourcing, consulting and industry experience. They have advanced certifications and typically are licensed CPAs or CIAs. Moreover, when clients work with us, we are both proactive and reactive, helping with best practices, day-to-day accounting, streamlining processes, improving transparency and training to achieve success.

Her experience is characterized by diversity, in terms of industries, geographies and clients. Prior to starting her own firm, she was the Managing Director of Resources Global, where she directed the daily activities of the Las Vegas office that included a team of 25-45 consultants. There, she built strong client partnerships with C-level executives on key initiatives, and served clients that included Caesars Entertainment, MGM Resorts, Las Vegas Sands, Nevada State Bank, Bally Technologies/Shuffle Master, and Diamond Resorts International.

Prior to joining Resources, Cindy worked with Cap Gemini, a leading global consulting and IT/business process outsourcing firm, where she led business and financial initiatives for complex outsourcing engagements with global Fortune 500 companies and partnered with C-level executives for successful transitions. A few of her major outsourcing clients included Western Digital, GM, Philip Morris USA, Canadian Tire, CSX Transportation, and US Chamber of Commerce.

Cindy is a CMA and earned an Executive MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a BBA in Accounting/Finance from the University of Alaska, Anchorage. She is passionate about Sage Intacct and is a leader in cloud-based solutions, presenting at several AICPA webinars and Sage Intacct conferences to discuss cloud technology and practice trends.

She is actively involved in the Las Vegas community and previously served on the Board of Directors of United Way of Southern Nevada, Co-Chair of the Women’s Leadership Council of Southern Nevada, and on the Board of the Financial Executives Institute (FEI) for the local chapter. She enjoys mentoring students, golfing, skiing, hiking and adventure travel.
